WINTER NATURE WALK – FACTORY, PRUSZCZ GDAŃSKI?

Are you looking for an idea for a quiet and interesting Sunday close to home?

If you live in Pruszcz Gdański or the surrounding area and love nature, this event is just for you.

My name is Dorota and I am a naturalist.

Since 2016, I have been educating at the Mewia Łacha and Ptasi Raj Reserves on behalf of the KULING Waterbird Research Group and beyond. And as a "local"—I'd be happy to show you the more interesting, natural side of Pruszcz.

I would like to cordially invite you to a winter nature walk to the Faktoria in Pruszcz Gdański?

This is a place that really comes alive in winter – just look around carefully?

During the walk we will look out for:

• water birds
• birds of prey
• passerine birds

You will learn to recognize and name the birds around you, including waterfowl, birds that visit your feeder, common birds, and visitors from the far north who only spend the winter here.

I'll also tell you how to wisely feed birds in winter – both waterfowl and those visiting feeders.

If you're interested in birdwatching or just want to try it, now is the perfect time to start.

Birdwatching

• reduces stress levels,
• improves concentration,
• helps to relax mentally,
• allows us to slow down and look more carefully at the nature around us.

There's a lot going on here in terms of nature—even in winter. Get out of the house and join me for a leisurely, field walk, and you'll see Faktoria from a completely different perspective.

Age: no limits

Don't have binoculars? Don't worry – I have a few extra ones to borrow (limited quantity) and I'll also have a public telescope with me.
