Nowy, reprezentacyjny, centralnie położony park, koło Urzędu Miasta z podziemnym parkingiem. Ładne miejsce do wypoczynku oraz zabawy. Niestety w paru punktach miejsce zaniedbane i niewykończone.

Kamienica Pręczkowskiego
It is one of the first buildings constructed in the style characteristic of Gdynia – modernism. It was built between 1928 and 1937, according to a design by Tadeusz Jędrzejewski. The rounded elements are meant to refer to ship construction, and the turret to the captain's bridge. In the pre-war and post-war periods, the ground floor of the building housed a cinema, initially called ‘Polonia’ and then ‘Goplana’.
