Szemud Saltwater Pool

Rehabilitation classes for children and infants
Rehabilitation and activation classes for children and infants in a saltwater pool last 30 minutes and are held in small groups of 6 with the participation of parents. Specialised trainers and physiotherapists lead exercises that support motor development, improve coordination and strengthen immunity. Thanks to the saltwater, the exercises are gentler on muscles and joints, and its properties relieve muscle tension and improve skin condition, which is particularly beneficial for children with atopic dermatitis, asthma and muscle tension problems.

Pool dimensions: 4.2 m x 8 m

The water temperature is 29-31°C.

The brine concentration is 2.3–2.5%.

All classes are conducted by qualified physiotherapists.

The Port Zdrowia saltwater swimming pool in Szemud, managed by the Sport dla Zdrowia Foundation in Sopot.
