About the project and the foundation
The website www.regionzdrowia.pl and the PERKOZ application were created on the basis of the ‘Pomeranian Health Guide’ project implemented by the Proturmed Foundation from Gdańsk as part of a public task.
The public task entitled ‘Pomorski Informator Zdrowotny+’ (Pomeranian Health Guide+) was co-financed by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism in accordance with agreement no. 2025/0063/2766/UDOT/DT/BP/IC of 15 June 2025.
The public task entitled ‘Pomeranian Health Guide’ was co-financed by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism in accordance with agreement no. 2024/0026/2766/UDOT/DT/BP/IS of 18 June 2024.
Proturmed, as a Foundation for the Promotion of Health Tourism, was established in 2019 to improve the health of the population by improving the quality of health services in Poland and promoting them as an export product.
