Disc golf (also known as frisbee golf) is a sport that involves throwing a special disc (frisbee) at a target, usually a raised metal basket. The rules are very similar to traditional golf: the goal is to complete each "hole" (from the tee to the basket) in the fewest number of throws (strokes) possible. 

Rules of the game

  • Objective: To complete the entire course (usually 9 or 18 holes) in the fewest number of throws possible.
  • Starting: Each hole begins with a shot from the designated tee area.
  • Next Throw: The next throw is made from the spot where the previous disc landed. The player farthest from the target throws first.
  • Hole Completed: The hole is completed when the disc enters the basket.
  • Scoring: Each throw counts as one stroke, and the player with the lowest total score wins.
